Once processed, orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking info to the email address used to place your order.
Orders take 1-3 days to arrive once shipped out.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product.
If you received your order and it contains the wrong or missing item please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following:
-Customers name, order number, description of the problem, photo proof of wrong or missing item
